How do I increase my commander level?

 In order to receive experience, you need to upgrade your buildings.

How can I acquire resources?

You can either play a single-player mission, multiplayer battle, use your Scrapyard structure, or exchange them for Gems

Can you get more builders?

No you can’t, you have only one builder. The game is designed around being able to construct only one building at the same time, however you are free to upgrade inside your structures during the construction of your buildings.

How do I change my commander name?

Just click on the portrait and you can change your icon and name there.

How do I increase my storage capacity?

In order to increase your storage capacity, you need to construct or upgrade Headquarters or your Vault structure.

Can I continue on a new device?

Yes you can, remember that the only way to transfer your account to a new device is to have it linked to a Game Center account. Login to Game Center on your new device and the game will ask you if you want to load your military base on this device!

Can I reset the game and start again from the beginning?

Currently it is not possible to restart your game.

I’m unable to buy gems, there is no option in the game?

Make sure that your device is set to allow in-app purchases. Go to Settings general Restrictions and check that In-App Purchases is set to ON. Then quit and restart the game. Please preform the following steps.

I was disconnected during a fight and lost my trophies, can you return them to me?

If you were disconnected from multiplayer game at any given moment, sadly in order to keep everything fair, we are not able to return your victory trophies or heal your expended units.

How does Find a match work?

Player vs Player matchmaking is based solely on your amount of Victory Points. Thanks to this a player with much higher or lower level might be able to attack you, if he has the same amount of Victory Points as you. We will observe this closely in order to promote fair an enjoyable multiplayer experience.

I’m losing badly against my enemies, what can I do to win more?

Try upgrading your soldiers, with each upgrade your units are stronger than before. Using a different combination of your troops might prove effective as well! Experiment with your squad composition, you might be surprised from the results.

I have just purchased gems, but they never came through. What can I do?

While most of the transactions go smoothly, sometimes Apple, Android or our servers might be slower than usual or experience an error. Please wait and see if the purchased gems come through. If they don’t try restarting the game. Your gems should be credited to you. If all else fails please contact our customer support via the help button in options screen that will land you on our website and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
